When running example:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'

 what():  locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid

that just means our online compiler is currently missing this particular locale in its libc configuration. I'll let the owner know. --Cubbi (talk) 06:11, 1 December 2017 (PST)
