Remove C++ Features
In C there is no scope (::) operator and no `throw` statement . Better remove it.

The `Pointer to member` operator is also an C++ feature. It only matters for classes.

sizeof() is a `normal` function. Hasn't it the same precedence like any other function call (precedence 2) ?

sizeofis not a function in C. It's a unary operator ($6.5.3), along with the unary
