[edit] iostate matrix

The idea behind the matrix at the end of this article is unclear, I think it needs explicit headings not only for columns, but for rows too --Mloskot 08:51, 3 September 2013 (PDT)

It's just a truth table. The intended meaning was "when the value of the three flags (on the left) is A,B,C, the six functions (on the right) return D,E,F,G,H,I respectively". Do you have an idea how to arrange that more clearly? --Cubbi 10:33, 3 September 2013 (PDT)
I can kinda see why people might be initially confused by a big red/green matrix. :) I've added a introductory sentence that will hopefully help a little. --Nate 12:52, 3 September 2013 (PDT)
It works better. Thanks! (not sure, shall I erase this section from the Talk?) --Mloskot (talk) 06:52, 22 November 2013 (PST)
(No need to erase this section yet; it may be useful to refer back to it at some point in the future.) --Nate (talk) 11:43, 1 December 2013 (PST)
